And the bicycle itself? I call it "Butter" because it is the smoothest bicycle I have ever ridden. While good tires and frame design certainly contribute, there is no doubt that the frame is absorbing the high frequency shocks. But, in the end, you should expect this of a custom handcrafted bicycle. What sets my Sojourn apart is that the hand finished black walnut frame is stunningly beautiful. I tell my friends I bought a functional work of art, with an emphasis on functional."

I’m a lifetime cyclist and have enjoyed riding in the US and Europe with family and friends. I’m also a novice wood worker and love building things with my hands.
